Baingan ka bharta /Indian roasted dish of brinjal
Ingredients:-
big size brinjal, onion one small size, tomato one small size , spring onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, coriander, peanuts, dried coconut half cup . peanuts.dried kashmiri chili , jeera oil.
Procedure of making masala for ka bharta.:-
grind coconut, dried Kashmiri chilli, Jira, peanuts separately .
Roast brinjal and peel off the skin which is more burnt aside. Smash the brinjal and keep it aside.
Method
Take a pan add 2 teaspoons of oil, put on the gas. add few spring onions and let it get pinkish in colour.
add grounded coconut masala ginger garlic paste,and peanuts. let it get mixed well.
add chopped tomatoes and mix it well.
now add bride masala turmeric red chilli powder garam masala coriander powder and little goda masala.
let everything mix well with the oil.
as soon as it starts removing excess oil add roasted Brinjal in it.
add salt as per your taste and sprinkle coriander and spring onion.
yummy delicious,tasty brinjal bharta is ready to eat.
you can serve it with hot pulkas and roti.
