Sushila. Breakfast dish made with moist puffed rice murmura.

Ingredients
Murmura /pounded rice
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato 1 finely chopped
American corns 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Mustard Seed 1tsp
Curry leaves 4-5
Green chilli 1
Garam masala turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander powder.
Oil
coriander leaves and lemon for garnishing
 salt to taste.

Wash in plain water Pounded rice murmura 2 times and keep it aside to soften.


Method of preparation





Take a deep pan. Add 2 teaspoon of oil keep it on medium flame add mustard seeds then add finely chopped green chilli let it crackle.

Now add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
Then add finely chopped onions let them turn pinkish in colour now add finely chopped tomatoes and corn.

They will become soft in 2 minutes now add dried masala like turmeric powder chilli powder coriander powder and garam masala.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Now I had watched kurmura pounded rice to the pan.
Now add salt as per your taste and cook it well still everything gets mixed.
This murmura will become little soft and moist.
Don't cook too much or else the murmura the murmura will get crushed.
Garnish with coriander leaves and add some lemon juice as per your taste.

It can be served as morning breakfast as well as evening snacks.
