Methi ke Theple






Ingredients
methi ( Fenugreek) , gram (besan) 2 tsp, dahi (curd),  wheat flour 2 cups,  garlic 2-3 pcs  (optional), jeera 1/2tsp,  turmeric powder, red chilli,  sugar and salt to taste and oil.

Mix all the above ingredients with 2 teaspoon of oil and make a dough  ( similar to chapati).





Heat the pan and roast the  thepla with adding little oil or both sides of thepla .

 You can enjoy this dish in breakfast or in the evening tea time .


Enjoy the delicious dish with curd or  pickle.

Methi is very good for joint disorders. It has high amounts of iron calcium and vitamins.
