HOW TO MAKE HOME MADE PANEER FROM MILK

 Homemade paneer:



Ingredients : milk, lemon


Procedure :

Boil one litre milk in  a pan,once bubbles appear add half of lemon juice.  

 ..milk will start fluttering n starts getting thicker ..

within 5 mins all the coagulated milk with rise above..

..Strain all the curdled milk ,

tie it in muslin cloth 



n let the extra  watery content remain which u can use it in gravies. 

Important : 

Squeeze all the extra water n let the muslin cloth remain in cool place for 2 hours.


After 2 hrs open the muslin cloth ..

.all the paneer is ready...

cut in your desirable size of cubes n enjoy it.
