 Recipe of karanji....maida ,1tsp rava,pinch of salt, warm ghee...make dough n keep for resting.




Stuffing:heat little ghee in pan, add rava n saute till little pinkish in colour,add dried coconut n mix till moisture is not there. Turn the flame off n add dried elachi powder,powdered sugar n dried nuts of ones choice ..I have added dried almonds n kismis(manuka).stir it n let it get cooled
Take the dough roll it in size of puri,add cooled stuffing n seal it applying little water at ends with little twisted design as shown in picture.one can use readymade moulds available in the market.
Fry it in ghee on low to medium flame for yummy irresistible results.
