ingredients


Paneer 200 gram
Gram flour 2 teaspoon
 curd 3 teaspoon
Red chilli powder
 jeera half teaspoon
Paste ginger paste
Turmeric powder
Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Tomatoes 2 - 3 Medium size
One small onion
2 green chillies
Butter 20 gram
Coriander leaves for garnishing
method of preparation



Step 1
Marination of paneer
Kadai paneer one centimetre thick into small cube shaped pieces. Add 2 teaspoon flower red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes

Step 2
After 20 minutes remove the one year from refrigerator. Take a pan and add 2 teaspoon of oil heat. Now add the Paneer cubes and Shallow fry them till the Paneer turns reddish in colour. Keep this paneer aside.

Step 3
Now take a pan add 2 teaspoons of oil add ginger paste Jira finely chopped onions Soute till pinkish in colour.
Add tomato puree into the pan and add all the the above-mentioned dried condiments salt to taste and keep it on steaming till the pan studs leaving its oil. Soon we can see a thin layer of soil covered in the pan.
Now add the fried paneer cubes into the pan mix it well you can add little amount of water if you want more gravy.
Let it be on low flame for next 2 to 3 minutes now add little butter and garnish it with green chillies and coriander.
