Churma Ladoo is special food offered to Lord Ganesha during Ganeshotsav.

ingredients: wheat flour coarsely grind,ghee,jaggeryand cardamom
Recipe for Churma ladoo:
coarsely grind wheat flour 2 cups,make thick dough with water n oil,
make small muthiyas n fry them in hot ghee on mediumflame till little darker in shade.
Let them cool and grind in mixer till powdered.
Now in a pan take little ghee and add jaggery to it...let it melt.
add the mixture to the powdered flour ..
one can add few cardamom in mixture while grinding...it gives nice flavour . .
Mix everything well n once it's at ones tolerable temperature mould it in the form of ladoos.
